Terms of Use
The terms on which you use this website. Taking part in the programme is covered separately.
These terms apply to your use of www.marmaladejams.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is for
This site exists to explain the Marmalade JAMS programme to schools, partners, parents and young people, and to let people get in touch with us. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract.
2. Taking part is covered separately
Nothing on this website governs participation in the programme itself. A student joining a cohort, and their parent or carer, will be given the programme's own documentation — application, consent, safeguarding and event information — and those documents govern participation, not these terms.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep this site accurate and current, and we say plainly on it where evidence for a claim stops. Even so, content may become out of date, and we give no guarantee that everything is complete or error-free at any given moment. Dates, cohort timings and programme details may change.
If you spot something on this site that is wrong, please tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
4. Using the site
You may read this site, print pages from it and share links to it freely.
You must not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- use the site to transmit anything harmful, or to collect data from it by automated means without our permission; or
- use any part of the content commercially without our written agreement.
5. Content and images
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, design, logos and layout — belongs to Marmalade Jams or is used with permission. The Marmalade JAMS name and badge are ours.
The archive material on this site — event flyers, posters and printed matter from 2003 onwards — is reproduced as a historical record of events that took place. Artists, DJs, brands and venues named on those items appeared at the time and are not connected to the programme today; their names and marks remain their own.
Quotations from named individuals are used with their knowledge, or are drawn from published sources and credited where that is the case.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including d2k.rocks and the platforms that host our enquiry form and information pack. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Your information
Anything you send us through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on anything it contains.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9. Changes
We may change this site, and these terms, at any time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Contact
